Meghan uses a relational collaborative approach for individual and team development with the use of skill, humor, and acceptance. While she is an expert in specific approaches, she believes that you are the experts on yourselves and your lives. She is passionate about change and action based approaches to facilitate the results you deserve both at the individual and team levels. Meghan is a proud alumnus of Hunter College School of Social Work, completed the Ackerman Institute postgraduate program, and is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy through Behavioral Tech.  Meghan has developed programs and curriculums adapted from DBT and other therapeutic techniques to bring a holistic solution to teams based in evidenced based best practice of behavioral principals and  human behavior.
